This is how pest control should be

I’m your neighbor Jerry and I live right here in Coeur D'Alene. After 10+ years in the industry, I’m launching my own independent pest prevention service. I have thought long and hard about how to do pest control "better" in three major ways: Better price, better timing, and no contract. As an independent applicator with no employees and minimal overhead costs I can offer you the best rate for pest control in CDA. I intend to earn your loyalty with great prices and great service. If you aren't happy, I'm not happy, so you are free to cancel anytime.

Service Options/Pricing

I offer common sense flexibility in my pricing and services. I can take care of your needs at a great price from high demand commercial properties to something as simple as an RV. Choose a guaranteed price option below or contact me directly to customize the pricing and service according to what you need. Unless you already have a major infestation I do not charge higher initial fees for your first service, just a great price from the start.*Below are some initial "guaranteed" deals as I kick off my company. I will only guarantee this pricing for those signing up in February within the City of Coeur d'Alene. Help me keep the price low by signing up today. The more people sign up the more likely I am to continue with these low prices.

Option 1 : The Budget Hero (basic)
$50 (guaranteed price for the first service) No contract

Best for: Those wanting the absolute best price on basic no frills pest controlWhat’s included: I will apply a basic pest control perimeter barrier for general bug/ant/spider protection on the exterior of home, sheds, and other outdoor areas. I will then give you a price for ongoing coverage based on the size/complexity and time needed to treat your property. The ongoing $50 price is dependent on time efficiency for your property. If you can save me time I can keep the price as low as $50 ongoing. Sign up with your neighbors to help me save time and get a better price. Option 1 may not include treatment of time consuming hard to reach areas, interiors, crawlspace etc, but I will be thorough and complete in treating the important areas around base of home and easy to reach areas of eaves etc. Good enough to prevent bug, ant, and spider issues and deter wasp activity on relatively small homes/properties. I treat every 10 weeks. See the treatment schedule below

Option 2: The CDA Standard.

Free specialty bug/wasp/spider add-ons as needed including special treatments for carpenter ants, wasp and hornet nest removals, sticky traps, etc.*Price is guaranteed if you sign up in the month of February for any regular residential homes within CDA city limits.

Yearly Treatment Schedule

Generally the best pest control schedule for North Idaho is to treat every 10 weeks when bugs are active and temperatures are above freezing. I avoid unnecessary treatments from thanksgiving through valentines day when there is little to no bug and spider activity. For convenience most pest control companies treat every 3 months. That may be convenient for them, but it is generally not what is best for the customer because it is too long between treatments during warmer months and wasteful to treat in the winter when bugs aren't active.
